I'm getting a D+ in physics so far this quarter. The funny thing is...the class average is a D. That's a D+, and I got an A on the one test so far, meaning...I have a lot of catchup homework to do this weekend. As does everyone else.
Today the Drug Guy came in to talk to the seniors about the transition between highschool and college. He said that the thing about it is that in a way, you loose your identity and get a new one...which is cool, because that's sort of how I already saw it. He also said that the three most important things in college are 1. To eat healthily 2. To get some exercise and 3. To get enough sleep. Right now...I'm doing one and a half of those. I could stand to run more...or sleep at all. He told some horror stories about college, but Drew isn't BU; it's much smaller. And he also said if you aren't a drinker before college, when you do start drinking you're more likely to be able to controll it. So I found it interesting overall, though most of the other people came away saying how boring it was...but I guess that's just me being different.
This evening mom got Chinese food for dinner. I somehow managed to get two fortunes: "The secret of staying young is good health, and lying about your age (in bed)" and "Pardon is the choicest flower of victory (in bed)." Just felt like sharing.
I bought tickets for the show for people, so that's set...and I guess that's all for now.
I reeeeally want to see "Kill Bill Volume 2", preferably before after "Jesus Christ Superstar" is over, which is probably when I'm going to have to see it. Does anyone want to go with me?
