Personally, I like *poached* egg on toast. Or sandwiched in an English muffin, even better. Filling and very tasty. Yum.

You know... I have never had a poached egg. In fact... I'm not even sure how to go about making one. I suspect the cookbook could probably enlighten me. Is it just cracking the egg into boiling water or something?
