new and exciting for this week
ashleigh has a new boyfriend, and i approve.
i just helped adam burn his thesis, and soon i will help him pack. omfg he's a college graduate.
my aunts took me out for ice cream but they could not take me home to see my family this weekend, because i had to work today. *sniff*
i sent my (mom's) guitar back home so that my 16-year-old sister can take guitar lessons from a hot college guy. i'm not sure if this was actually a good idea or not... yikes.
i am still anxiously waiting and hoping that PARTY '06 (as i just now decided to call it) will happen at a time when i am able to attend.
who knew that moving out could become a drinking game?
i'm really, actually, finally going contra dancing tomorrow night. YAY!
i like hard work. i will miss it when i go back to school. or not, because i might decide to work on a farm while i'm in school anyway. or something similar. yes, i am crazy.
liz is type a. i am not. this has caused all sorts of interesting situations, but luckily it is getting better.
del, when does summer on campus start? are you back? i need to hang out with you guys! if you see brenda, tell her to call my land line and NOT my cell phone, because i can guarantee that if she calls my cell she will have to leave a message and i will never get it in time to actually call her at work and we will just trade messages all summer.
adam and ashleigh have discussed the possibility of sharing an apartment in nyc. surprisingly, this makes me slightly jealous. oh well, i trust them together. i think.
i am feeling quirky and awkward in the not-quite-fitting-in sense. it's not entirely a bad thing, because i'm much more random and colorful than many of the people i'm around all the time now. i enjoy random and quirky and if they won't do it... more for me! =D
