Things are looking GREAT!

I’ve got a lot say.
There was a wreck on I565 Westbound this morning. I never realized how many people living in Huntsville don’t work there. There was at least 2 miles of backed up traffic. I thought most people lived outside the city, but worked there.

I avoided two cops today. The first one luckily was waiting to turn right and looking at his crotch (or maybe it was coffee) and missed me choosing not to stop before turning right. And then, while I was checking out the accident a cop showed up behind me. Thank god I had slowed down to check out the scene, so I was only going 73ish. It always cracks me up how everyone of the road feels the need to drive slower than the speed limit when a cop shows up. This cop in particular felt he should drive around 73. So we were riding next to each other for a little while. Meanwhile all other cars are located like a mile behind us. Dumb. A cop won’t pull you over for driving the speed limit.

My Aunt called me at 7:30 this morning. Not only was the phone call early and abnormal, it was also the fact that she has never called me. She wanted to let me know that Trev’s picture and me was in the paper. A photographer goes around and takes pictures over the weekend of the local happenings. We had our picture taken with G and Jenny and her friend Becka. And wouldn’t you know it, Becka’s picture was circled for the free prize. First off there’s that whole 2% of separation and then she doesn’t even live in the South. She probably had to head back up North this past weekend. I’m still really curious what the free prize is.

I think my anxiety has completely cleared up. Yeah. Today marks one month without a cigarette. Welbutrin is the bomb. Once I got over the habit of smoking, like wanting one after a meal, it was pretty easy. The actual craving for nicotine was never there, just the habit.

Steph, thanks so much for playing Counting Crows yesterday.

I’m pretty sure we bought a house last night. We started looking on Saturday. The third house we went to see was absolutely perfect and in our price range. So Monday, we made and offer. For the past 2 days we’ve been doing the whole counteroffer thing. And last night we were informed that the seller was meeting with their realtor to sign the paperwork for acceptance. Awesome!!!!! These are some pictures of the house.
