I thought quiting smoking was suppose to make you healthier. Then why have I had problems getting a full breath all weekend? I can get a full breath, but have to seriously concentrate. That's not normal.
I'm not a fan, but has anyone seen the latest J-Lo video? It looks like she totally stole Tori Amos's idea on Strange Little Girls. I happened to catch the "Making the Video" show of this video and got seriously angry b/c everyone was acting like it was such a new idea. blah.
Most of you know that Jay is super excited about the spicy Krystal chick. I can understand his excitement, but not for that particular food. I'm so happy to see that HSV has brought back Long John Silver's. I'm like a total sucker for their chicken planks. Yes, I said I love their chicken and it's a seafood restaurant. So? Jay goes to a burger place to get chicken. Same difference. I've been teased about this for years. mmmm...it's soooo good.
Got a serious compliment at work without even being told. They're entering my first project into a local design competition. God I love this job. I hope it places, but more importantly, I hope it beats out the ex-company I worked for. :) hehe...
We didn't do much this weekend. But I enjoyed it. Trev T's b-day was Friday. (By the way, the bathrooms look awesome!!! V, Trev had to go back and cut off any objects on your section b/c people were pulling it and then a big chunk of paint would peel off the wall.) I liked the velvet elvis women's stall. It really added a whole new experience on "going to the bathroom." Like, ewww, "I'm not going in the Phish stall." So actually I guess it just added some prejudice. Anyway, I'm sure most of you didn't want to hear about my drunkin bathroom trips. Got to see some "old school" friends: Nathan and Billy. Also, got to see some people neither of us cared to see. There's no way around it when your friends still associate with them. It was Trev T's birthday, so we couldn't complain.
I'm one of the few people who actually had to work today. The rest of you suck!!! If you lived anywhere other than the south, you too would be working. Martin Luther King Day is only recognized in the South.
I'm currently reading Sock by Penn Jillette (sp?) (of Penn and Teller). It got really crazy explicit last night. And oddly enough, it's made me more interested. I guess I'm a pervert.
Well, I've got like 3 projects due today so I best get and do them. Lost my lunch buddy. Sucks, but that's the way the business world works.
