did you know that the difference between a barnie's freez and a barnie's freezer is two dollars? i got kinda mad, but it was still pretty good.
i, as jason, have messed up my sleeping cycle, so please forgive me if my update is not very comprehensible. i've had an interesting week. my friend from az came down, as (i think) is stated in my last update. i didn't really see too much of her until wednesday when i had an argument with her. Thursday was my b-day -- so now i'm legal, i have my driver's lisence (finally!!!) and i'm getting my checking account tuesday when the new amsouth on 9 mile opens -- so i went to see the notebook with my mom and my friend (az). friday i recieved a phone call from my aunt ilene and got some gifts from friends and we stayed up till 2:30am when we awoke my dad and had him drive us ('cause we were sleeping) to new orleans so she could catch her flight back to arizona.
the orientation monday and tuesday wasn't half bad, but i wouldn't have minded missing it. funniest thing that happened was when andrew finkelstein arrived on the second day thinking it was the first - evidently he and james dooley were sent letters or e-mails or something with the wrong date. the most memerable (and annoying) is some lady talking to us for an hour about how rape is always a crime... go figure. she kept telling us about how it wasn't your fault if you got raped-even if you make out with a guy you don't know, pass out drunk, sleep with your door unlocked, or encourage someone and suddenly telling them to stop. i think i've written too much already, so i'll stop for now.
