With a slice of bread in my stomach and a different breathing rhythm, I managed to avoid the horrid stitch I got on the last outing. Yay!

Overall, a good run. On the last running rep, I had the interesting experience of noticing that my vision had kind of focused down to just the road several feet in front of me, and though I was aware of my legs working, I felt slightly detached from them...

Anyway. As I said before, I was politely asked to vacate the premises while LSA's husband is in town, so I'm desert-bound today. Will probably go for a solo run on Sunday. Tuesday, we move on to a new "week" of the plan - and the new times are going to be a nightmare to clock. I'm already trying to figure out how to do it...

Seems to me there was something else I was going to say about today's run, but I've lost it. Time to shower.
