Road Trip Tunes
While talking to my parents yesterday, it became obvious that Dad is just as antsy as I am to get some of the details cemented for our trip Home in November (yay!). Knowing it would be difficult to do so over the phone and that Dad's feline allergies prevent him hanging around my house too long, I offered to drive out to the desert today so we can try to get some arrangements made during Mum's day off tomorrow.
I filled in at the bead shop today, then loveslashangst and I did a beach walk and grabbed dinner, so it was already dark when I left, and it's a 2.5- to 3-hour drive out to my parents', depending on traffic (and how far you're willing to bend the speed limit).
