HE'S PREPARING FOR A PARTY
[There's a black clad blur racing around Mayfield today. Sebastian is doing his volunteer job and getting ready for the Childlike Empress' birthday party, so there are a few situations as to which you can catch him. Sorry, Mukuro, you don't get one this time.
- He's just shown up at your door, personally handing you a nice white card with golden text on it that's cordially inviting you to the 200,001st birthday of the Empress - or something. Don't ask how is doing it, he's just one hell of a butler.
- Sebastian just assaulted you with the invitation in the middle of the street/shop/anywhere.
- He's at multiple shops during the day, politely and scarily demanding/ordering the things necessary for having a great party.]
