HOLY CRAP!!
Ok HOLY CRAP!!! So we found out yesterday that we got the apartment… but the normal office lady wasn’t in and it was just a temp girl working so she didn’t know all the details and told me to call in today to talk to the regular lady… Like we didn’t know if we had to pay the prorated amount or the full months rent first… so I called to find out and she kept saying we had to pay half a months rent but we aren’t moving in until the 23rd… so that doesn’t make sense… then she explained that this is their May special that they have no deposit and half off your first months rent… she said she should be taking half off the prorated amount but if we wanted to pay that she’d take half off Junes rent instead!! HOLY CRAP!! That’s like the best thing I’ve heard all month!! lol now we can afford to get some decent dishes and stuff for the bathrooms and a TV for the bedroom!!
