time for the monthly update!!
work is ok. ive discovered that i hate the restaurant business. imagine all of the most superficial, dramatic, and egotistical theatre people youve ever met. now take away whatever personality those assholes had to make them somewhat entertaining and tolerable, and youve got the people in the restaurant business. the diners are even better---a bunch of too-wealthy suits who look at me like im either an idiot hostess or an idiot hostess they can fuck.
when did i become bitter? thank god im watching mary poppins right now.
trying to save money, which is REALLY hard to do in nyc apparently. but i hate washington heights, so that is definately motivating me to save up for a nice apartment elsewhere. god i hate my fucking apartment.
miss my mom and gay boyfriend and girlfriend bunches. when did staten island become so far away?
