Big News Coming Up.
I feel like I have butterflies inside.
My mom's last mammogram came out clear. But, two weeks ago she went in for another one;
They called her back to get it done again because they found two spots of concern.
She had her biopsy yesterday, we get the results Friday or Monday-
it's just holding our breath from here.
She has already scheduled an apt with a surgeon, for sometime this week-
to get her double mastectomy, but the cells are already there-
if it comes back as anything she will have to undergo some kind of treatment regardless.
i am hoping it's just a tissue formation, and nothing to have to worry about.
These things raise such questions for me, I am going to my Dr. July 7-
In order to give her the letter from the genealogist about the gene deficiency-
Get the BRAC1 in way for me, and on to getting my first mammogram.
I want to see if there is any possible way for me to go ahead and look into a surgeon.
I know that sounds drastic, but why wait? There is a new procedure;
Where they make a small incision, remove the tissue from inside; and complete the reconstructive;
with implants, the healing time is 10 days - two weeks.
I would just rather not wait.
Get the bad things out of me, for the better.
I've always been against alteration, but to have implants to be able to keep my femininity-
That's at least nice-
I rather have that done, than; take medication, be sick, weak, helpless.
It's bad enough to get me to take any pill; I've always been pretty natural-
unless it's an antibody.
Let's just wait and see how all of this transpires.

My boss has appointed me to do a weekly newsletter; focusing on wellness.
I'm very excited. Health Tips, Healthy Recipes, Health Facts focusing on
employees being able to have an accessible source for wellness information.
I can't wait to see how everything turns out, I get to do everything;
Creating a Slogan and Logo; Attend wellness seminars.
A 4 page newsletter, every week! Almost like creating a zine.
but, much more for the public.
I can't wait to see what I get going.
Taking care of your body makes you feel so much better, the amount of energy you have.
The confidence it brings, I just have to keep it up!
John ordered my first road bike!
I'm so excited!
It's all black, but I'm still trying to play with a color scheme-
can't wait to get in the shop with John's Uncle Mijo-
working on bikes, in the sweltering heat.
I'm still thinking;
Gray,Sky Blue,Mauve & Tan.
Calm, yet sleek.
But! at the same time, i want something that is versatile.
Nice, Sleek and neutral.
We'll see.
This weekend is San Antonio and Austin. Going to check out some bike shops.
