I must update even though nothing big happened.
- Thursday- Worked! Then I went to the Mall for Mrs. Evans’ Birthday Gifts. Then I went to Denny’s and visited with some of my bestest friends.
- Friday- I went to All-State Auditions (They went awfully!) Then I went to Dinner at Barro’s with some kind friends. Thank you! I needed happy faces after what my judges said/did.
- Saturday- I Played for Nao for All-State! Cleaning! Shopping! Then I went Sonic with my little sisters and Zack! BBQ at Kyle’s! Angel Sweet! A movie at Zack’s house.
- Sunday- I was supposed to go to church, but I had to stay home with a sick Chelsea. I found out I did not make All-State. (Way to end your Senior year!)
- Monday- Work! Work! Dinner with my aunt, cousins, siblings’ friends, and Kyle! It was so much fun. Kyle is really good with kids. My cousin hates guys, but she took to him right away. It was cool.
- Tuesday- I worked. I then got a call to see if I would go and help with this Oregon-trail reenactment that was going on. I said yes. I found my PROM DRESS. I also found out that I can get any guy a $65 tuxedo for rent if they want it. Let me know! Back to my stories. I went to Mike Kempe’s picnic. I was the only other choir kid that showed up. I had tons of ice cold water poured on me. Then the wind picked up. I got a chill.
- Wednesday- I babysat little kids for 2.5 hours. I went and picked out fabric for my Oregon-trail dress at Saver’s I also got new jackets for college. WORK! Then I came home to make my dress. Then I watched TAXI with my mom. It was a cute movie.
- Thursday- I was picked up later than planned. I drove to this place past Coolidge in a car full of people twice my age, with children my age that did not come. Then I got there and made candy all day long. I stood over a hot stove stirring a mixture of sugar, water, and vinegar. It was different. I ran into Ricky Gunn, Paula Wheeler, Jason Crockett, and Christina Rosales. My sister was also there. She hurt her knee again and left her brace at hope, and she got sunburned really badly because she did not wear her sunscreen. I was only brought up for the activities, come to find out, so I did not have to walk. I have already walked it, so I was not so sad. I heard it was really bad and hard. They ended up having to sleep in the cold, and did not get to bed until after 11:30 pm. They were so tired, but they loved the candy. One of the other helpers there, which was older than me, lost her wedding ring, so I then had to help her find it, but we had no luck. I felt bad. Then it got dark. People began to then beg me to give them my left over lunch. They were so hungry. They offered to pay me and my ride home money if we drove them home or brought tem back food. We could not do that. I came back with a friend and now I am home. It was fun. I will not forget it.
