So had the girls in to see the Dr. today for their follow up check-up after the accident, and Madison of course is doing great! Janelle on the other hand really isn't. He had the copy of the radiologists findings with her xrays, and it looks like she has deep tissue and muscle bruisng, and is starting to show symptoms of TMJ--otherwise known as lock-jaw. Although he isn't entirely sure if it is TMJ or if her jaw is sore because of her neck muscles--time will tell I guess. If she isn't showing signs of improvement by next week we have to take her back, which works for us as the lawyer that I have been in contact with will be back in town by then and so when I call him to give him the update he will be able to tell us how we should proceed. The only thing that I am not looking forward to is the long-term effects this is going to have on her, especially as far as her Tae Kwan Do training is concerned. Although the one good thing is that her head instructor is a personal trainer as well and knows all about how to do things properly as to not re-injury something, so that is a great help there, at least we know that she maybe able to continue with her studies(hopefully)! Once again only time will tell with that as well, right now she isn't in class and probably won't be returning until the middle of next month if things go well, and we are crossing our fingers that they will.
The asshole that hit them finally filed his part of the police report--more than a week later! We also got a letter from his insurance company stating that they have been trying to get ahold of Chris to talk to him about what happened---NOT true! They don't have his work number and no one has called the house--I should know as I am there all day everyday! I do know that by law he is under no obligation to give them any information, the people he is obligated to give any info to is our insurance company--so they can go and f^* themselves as far as I am concerned. It should be interesting to see what happens with that letter cause as soon as I recieved it I called my insurance company and they requested that I fax the letter in to them as soon as possible-which I did, so once again the other insurance company can kiss my ass! Any talking that they want to do to us can be done through my adjuster or my lawyer!
On a much brighter note, I get to finally see our good friends little baby girl for the first time on Saturday! I am so excited, as I miss the baby stages--although not bad enough to want anymore mind you, but I still miss it! I guess she is the sweetest thing(from all the present accounts that I have been told)and I am sure that she is god nothing beats the smell of a newborn baby(although she is just about a month old)and I am talking about being shit and puke free of course. But there is just something about the way a baby smells--purity I would say, if purity had a smell, that would definetly be it! Now I finally have someone to pass along all of my baby stuff to--it's about time someone had a girl--everyone went on spurts there where all they were having was boys! There is really no greater joy than that of a child..............
