i am so jealous of people who can fall asleep within minutes of deciding to want to sleep or within minutes of crawling into bed.
like just now, mitch and i were skyping and he goes "oh i'm tired" so we start to say our goodnights and if not 3 minutes later i hear him snoring. HOW CAN YOUR BODY DO THAT!?
i take AT LEAST a half-hour or more to fall asleep from the moment that i've either, a) gotten into bed, or b) mentally decided that i'd like to sleep.
most nights i take 2 or so hours, no joke, but on a lucky day when i've been running around since 6AM and it's now past midnight, i still take at least 30 minutes to fall asleep.
it's been like this ever since i was young. mom used to put me to sleep at 8pm with my KDWB kids night time radio station on and i remember looking at my clock when it would say 11pm and the station went from kids night time radio to some other weird station.
so, how many of you out there are lucky enough to have this great ability? please tell me so i can be more jealous of you.
