I had my Herbalife shake this morning (Dutch Chocolate and Banana with extra protein and extra choc syrup) and then forgot to bring along a protein bar or any snacks with me to "work". By the time I got home I was Hungry! So I devoured half a pizza. Now my stomach is ready to reject it. I feel ill. I hope I feel better tomorrow.
It's been 10 days. I've not lost a single pound, but I've lost 2% body fat, 3" (1" from my bust, 2" from my waist), and I've gained muscles. My pants are so loose. It's fantastic!
That's the good news. Bad news is, I'll most likely be moving soon. I haven't been sleeping as of late and I stay up wondering what I should do next. I'm thinking it may take more courage to move back to Maine than it did to move out.
