No water and mousey
So yesterday we didn't have water for over 5 hours. Joe had talked to the guy and he said it would be off for an hour. Right. So, it was a kind of a mess. I had to give Jonathan a sort of sponge bath with distilled water that we had bought for his bottles, cause it had been a really hot day. Then Joe didn't get home until almost 4 am from work. He sent me a text message letting me know, but I didn't get it. So I thought something had happened. Then we were standing in the kitchen after he did get home and a mouse fell from the hood over the stove into the hole in one of the burners. I saw him run across the stove this morning also. He hasn't made an appearance tonight, but I'm afraid to cook anything on the stove cause I don't know where he is. I really wanted french toast too!! So, it's been an interesting two days! Sunday is the trip to Albion. Hopefully it will be cool enough for Jonathan. We are going to leave fairly early so that the sun won't be over us yet. I need to remember to pack up his stuff tomorrow. I just realized tonight that he doesn't have any sleepers that are 12 months (which is the size he needs now). So I'm gonna have to go buy a bunch of sleepers next week. Which reminds me, the yard sale we are planning is going to be Aug. 26th & 27th. Anyone who is interested in having stuff in it, get a hold of me and I'll let you know the plans. Anyone who wants to come "shop" it will be from 8am-4pm and there will be snack and drinks for sale as well. Later all!
