My birthday is next thursday! I am wondering if anyone would be interested in coming with me on fridays @ 3 to the YWCA. We would be working with kids ages 5-12. We teach them simple yoga poses. I could teach you a few simple yoga poses if you don't already know them. If anyone is interested please comment.
