The 4 Noble Truths of Buddhism are bullshit:

Life is not suffering.  Life is not joy.  Life is just life, and the 4 noble truths are just melodramatic whining.

Except the basis of their belief system isn't centered around sexual guilt. Also, Buddhists don't believe in converting people. Oh, and there's the whole monotheism thing.
