Old Position = Broadband Tech Support Quality Manager
New Position = Solution Development Lab tester, however...
I was coming in to be groomed to take over the Project Manager position on the lab team, and that person just announced that they are leaving with their husband to California this friday. So I was informed that I will be assuming her roles immediately. If that means that change my position and hire me as a PM all the better, if not I'll come in as a "tester" but will work as the PM and after 6 months app into that position.
Either way.. its getting to get wild as I will need to learn the skill sets of two different positions on this team.
But all the same, I'm excited!
