I think we've found it...
We have been looking at houses, with our eye on buying this year, after Chris' divorce.
We aren't in a hurry, we don't have to be outof Jake & Gretchen's at any particular date, the market could open up a lot more places, we have options....
Until today.
Today after seeing a horror story, then a grandma's house, then a basic house, we found a place that rocketed top the top of our list.
A place that made us wonder if we can get our down payment and financing in order so that we could put an offer in on the day after the divorce...
A place so well thought out, so well executed, that even tho the kitchen was kinda small.. Chris didn't mind.
Place for parties

Place with beautiful gardens waiting for spring.
A garage to die for.
A yard to frolic in.
