Stopping the Inevitable? Hah.

So the Patriots could not stop the inevitable, a win by the Colts.
So despite the fact that I was really bummed going to bed last night, at least I called it: Colts win.
Not by as much as I thought, but you know.
A win is a win, eh?

... stupid Pats.
I'm not looking forward to the remainder of the season.

patriots, colts, depressed, football

it's like every year there's a crisis that ruins the season....cheating, Brady's knee, now this...

This will be all anyone talks about with the Pats this year...no one will take us seriously, and even if we do make the playoffs, we'll be 'the team that shouldn't be there' again.

Why can't we just get to enjoy just ONE good season in our lifetimes? Is that so much to ask? Is it too much for the media or the public to say 'you guys have a decent football team'?

I *really* wish Kraft would just close the doors and tell the rest of the NFL "F U"...I really, really, do. The sport doesn't deserve all the good he's done for it.

It's because we live up here. None of the sports teams in New England get the credit they deserve, except in parts of the country that don't matter.

There's a reason the Red Sox failed for so many years at doing what it was clear they were capable of and just kept tripping over. And so it will be with the Patriots.

We will talk about this for the rest of our lives. And it will be okay, I promise.

We're both suffering this season. It sucks.
