Why must I always forget shit?

"shit" being the fact that I told everyone I wanted to be reimbursed for tickets.. I need my money back one way or another(maybe a facebook event for it, lawlz)

Anyway, Hellboy 2 was pretty good, but it just felt kind of underwhelming. It was obvious that there was too much material to cram into an hour and a half movie, but Guillermo del Toro did it anyway, and the whole pacing of the movie felt off. They didn't take enough time to explain things in the plot.

Johann Krauss, the ectoplasmic spirit, was pretty funny. The Montage scenes though, were not (almost as bad as the ones in Spiderman 3).

Del Toro's creature designs, were imaginative, obviously borrowing a lot from Pan's Labyrinth(  and it seemed to borrrow a bit from Miyazaki films too..

After the movie, everyone went their own separate ways ( some went with Chris to "party" at Subway  -_-). I stuck around Red Robin and listened to Stuart rant to Andrew about his Manga's orginality (or lack thereof). It sounded interesting to me anyway, and I definately look  forward to a finished copy of his story.
