Gorgeous sunny weather today too, yet I stayed in and cleaned the flat. For once I could actually SEE all the dust, and did a thorough airing of the whole flat. Changed sheets and sorted out the clean clothes etc. Very domestic. So naturally I had to bake bread as well. I'm back with my usual no-knead recipe, this time with wheat-germs, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, and baked on whole grain wheat flour with just a little rye mixed in. I just put them into the oven, so we'll see how they turn out. Heading over to my sister later tonight, for some Castle and White Collar watching. Haven't caught up on last weeks episode yet either.
