Waffle Day 2009
It's that time of the year again - Swedish Waffle Day! It means that spring has finally arrived and that we get to eat waffles like mad.
This year it also means that is is now five years since my maternal grandfather Anton died, on March 25, 2004. He loved waffles, and every year since he died I've missed him especially much when we've made waffles.
