Oops . . . I quit smoking?

A week ago Sunday my brother and I were really drunk and ran out of cigarettes. No problem, as with one short phone call cigarettes can be delivered to my door. My brother started the following conversation:

Bro: "Dude, we're out of smokes. Should we just quit smoking?"
Me: "No jackass. Stop it with your crazy drunk ideas."
Bro: "Seriously though, since we're out, we might as well just stop."
Me: "Dude, you're getting on my nerves. Hand me the phone."
Bro: "I'll hand you the phone if you agree to quit smoking a week from today."
Me: "Fine, just give me the damn phone."

So a week went by and my brother reminded me about the agreement I made while drunk the previous Sunday.

Me: "Aw c'mon. You're not going to hold me to that are you?"
Bro: "Yes. We're done smoking."

Sunday night was the last time I had a cigarette. Monday was a bit difficult, Tuesday less difficult, and today a bit less. I know I'm only on Day 3 but I already feel better. I think I'll get drunk tonight to train myself to drink without smoking. Sound like a good plan?
