christmas
so, this christmas was alright... it didn`t feel very christmas-y, though. maybe it was because i was working so much, or maybe because there was no snow. maybe it was because i didn`t drive around the city, looking at christmas lights like i do almost every other year.
then again, last year didn`t feel very christmas-like either. i haven`t been 'in the spirit' for a couple of years now, actually. which is too bad, because when i was a kid christmas was such a magical time.
i did, however, get a lot of cool presents this year, including a rio 5gb mp3 player, a red inno55 cell phone, a pair of new balance runners, and some other things that i really needed (or wanted).
i`m working tmr afternoon, from 12-7. funny thing though, the mall hasn`t been very crowded the last week or two... i was expecting it to be, with last minute shoppers but it wasn`t. most of my friends have been shopping down in the states since our dollar is strong... maybe that`s the reason the malls are so empty this time of year. i`m hoping it`ll be kinda dead tmr too.
