After my pity party I picked myself back up and forced one foot in front of the other until I was functional again.
I deep cleaned almost the whole house (except the ONE room I NEEDED to clean. Of course) over two days then started working out again.
Now that I'm eating better and getting exercise in I feel about 70% better. My sleep schedule is still horrible though. I'm hoping camping will regulate that somewhat. Early nights, early days, lack of computer monitor...
FYI, if you've never done a burpee before - holy shit. They are the devil. I was doing a planking challenge, but it was hurting my back too much so I dropped it and kept up with the burpees instead. They seem to be working. My arms look more lean to me though the measurements are more or less the same.
A photo from yesterday. My bra straps don't dig into my skin anymore and that makes me pretty happy! Granted, it's a sports bra and my boobs are shrinking a little bit (nooooooooooo!), but still. :P
