An Actual SOBER Update
Well yeah....soberish. I have had 2 beers, but no big deal. Well I am here at Ed's right now. I gotta wake up early tomorrow to go to work. I work at 10:30 and get out at 7, so hopefully tomorrow won't be so bad. There is some chick that I work with that I got kinda of a crush on, but she doesn't seem to interested. Oh well, it's not like I was getting the girls in the first place.
This weekend was pretty cool. I didn't really do much but hang around with Eddy and get drunk (like always). I saw the Punisher again, which I must say is a damn entertaining movie. I recommend it to everyone.
In band news, I was talking to Eddy about getting a girl to sing in Silent Screaming (which you can hear at www.purevolume.com/redstarinc) and Dave do the back screams. Donut recommended Bloo, which I must say was a mighty good recommendation. She can sing awesome, and I've only heard about a minute of her stuff. I'm anxious to hear more, cause I believe she would sound awesome with our stuff. I think Eddy wants her to sing in parts of My Precious Blood also, so hopefully Bloo is up for it. Speaking of which, we are most likely going to record some stuff in November. I think we are going to record My Precious Blood and either Our Escape, or the newest song which we haven't yet named. Eddy says it sounds a lot like something Killswitch Engage would sing, so i'm pretty anxious to hear it.
Speaking of Killswitch Engage, they along with Slayer and Mastodon are coming to Sunset Station on December 3rd for the Jagermeister Music Tour, so you know for damn sure I am gonna be there.
Also, if you read this, WEEN! e-mail me! E-mail me some of your pictures and stuff that you have taken because me and Eddy are looking for someone to take promo pictures of the band, and I remembered that you take some pretty good pictures, so I recommended you. He wants to see some of your stuff, so if you are up for it, go ahead and let me know. Just to let you know, there are six guys in the band, so if you wanna go ahead and start scouting places up in Austin and getting some ideas going, check it out and let me know.
