(no subject)
my dad and i have been working on my turtle pond in my backyard. so far so good! not done yet, but it's getting there.
this morning when i woke up i took smee out for a walk and i found a dead kitten next to my house. =[ big bummer. there's a couple stray cats in my neighborhood and one of them had kitens a month or two ago. it didn't look hurt at all. it was kind of under a big tree, so i was thinking it may have fallen or something. no idea. but luckily, my dad was coming over to help work on my backyard and he got it up and we took it to the shelter to have it cremated or whatever. that was a sad start to the day!
later on though, i rescued a really big snail from the middle of the road and put it next to my pond, so that made me feel a LITTLE better.
