(no subject)
i'm sleepy. we went to a party in augusta last night. caleb had a friend who was turning 30, and had spent $800 on food & alcohol. we went just for the hell of it. the dude was a weirdo, as were a lot of his friends, but we ended up having a really good time. :o) didn't get to bed until 3am.
ashley came to visit yesterday. we went to lowe's & bought pansies, then planted them in hanging baskets. had to throw away the old plants in the hanging baskets as they were quite dead. i'm happy to have flowers again. we even planted some in front of a tree. it's cute. i'm afraid, however, that at our party on november 5th, they may get trampled. i hope not.
dude, corey & i got lunch today at mcdonalds on our way to petsmart & wal-mart. there's going to be a demolition derby at the fair on friday. i think we're going. i'm pumped! maybe after the derby, we can ride a couple rides! that'd be so rad. :o) http://www.westerncarolinastatefair.com/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=9
we bought another dog bed for the dogs today. mainly so it would match the other one. we put the old one outside in the dog house in hopes that maybe they'll actually use it, instead of dragging it all out into the yard. we thought maybe since they've been sleeping on the old one for a good 3 years, maybe they'll take care of it. haha... i give it 2 days before it's drug out.
alright, think we're gonna go watch movies & relax. i welcome that so hardcore. we rented 'robots' & 'kicking & screaming.'
