(no subject)
we close on our house next friday! yippeee! i can't wait to move into it & start working on the yards & stuff. of course, we'll have to unpack & work on the inside of the house first getting everything unpacked & such. i meant to get boxes before i left work yesterday, but i forgot. dammit! i was going to start packing up the little stuff that we don't use all the time.
we're about to go to augusta to the la-z-boy store to get a new spring for our recliner. apparantly it broke last week. oh well.
i think i'm finally getting used to not seeing thad anymore. i cried & cried off & on all day wednesday (that's when he died). it's still wierd going into the guest room & not getting to see him peeking through the bars at me. we ate salad for dinner wednesday night & i couldn't help but cry again. i always shared pieces of the veggies with him. he loved it. i miss him. :o( holy crap i'm about to cry... sheesh!
anyway, i hurt my wrist. i got mad and punched the wall. not anything to be proud of. haha. but i punched the wall this morning & my wrist hurts & it's swollen a bit.
so the weather tricked me today. it's so sunny & pretty looking through the windows. but corey said just now that it's cold out. DAMN!
i'm ready for spring.
i want a wheel barrow. i want a clothes line. i want my screened porch complete with chairs & a table... pronto. ;o)
