takin' a work break...
ahhh, off today but working at home. i would have gone in to work today but i decided to just stay home & work. i've gotten a lot accomplished- it's nice & quiet here. i've kind of been feeling overwhelmed & behind at work due to the amount of kids that i have. while most leads have 8-12 kids, i currently have 16 kids. on tuesday, it'll bump up to 17. :oP that's why i'm stressed. so, this morning i've been working on trying to get the small meager stuff done that i can to feel accomplished & ahead. i'm not really behind all that much, but i'm so anal that if one thing isn't done, i stress about it. i admit, i'm a perfectionist. :oP
busy week, but a nice, short, 3 day week. i'm almost done doing stuff for work & then i'll clean up the house a bit & start laundry. thadeus stinks, so that boy's cage is getting cleaned today. i don't understand why, all of a sudden, he started stinking. his cage was cleaned not too long ago. ewww. not sure what i'll do tomorrow. probably do a quick tidy-ing on the house again & finish any laundry that i may not get done today. dawson & abbie are getting a bath & i may rake the leaves in the front yard again. i did it last week, then that damn thunderstorm came this week & brought more leaves down. luckily, i think that was just about the last of the leaves in the front yard. one weekend i'll do the back yard, which isn't all that bad. i hate leaves. they mayke yards look so ghetto & disorganized. i despise disorganization.
more work to do, then house cleaning! OY.
