Good Birthday Escape
Well, today was a good escape from reality.
Thanks to all for the birthday wishes! :)
No work for me, as this is the one day of the year I absolutely don't work. ;)
So, I slept in a bit. Got up, and played supervisor for the final stages of the Wine Bar Room painting. Then opened some presents. Got some DVDs and a shirt that says "you can just agree with me, or you can be wrong." I thought it was perfect. ;)
After relaxing for a while, we headed off, stopped by taco bell to pick up some lunch, and then on to Tubing. It was a lot of fun for me. I don't think Sharon enjoyed it as much though. But now we know what its like, and she can adjust if we go with more people(which I think would have been more fun. I had bought a tube that we hooked a cooler in the middle of, which worked out fairly well.
After Sharon recovered a little bit at home, we headed out to see Fantastic Four (I liked the first one better, but this was good), and had Outback for dinner. Back at home, we put the painting back up in the Wine Bar. :)
