So I'm trying something new once again.. since nothing seems to be working for me lately.....
I'm trying a slightly under regular calorie. (I'm supposed to have approx. 1600 a day so I'm going to stay under 1000... preferably.. under 800 or 900 though) And have High Fiber and Low-fat. I'm going to try this for a few weeks, w/ more exercise and see what happens.
Today I've had:
Breakfast & AM Snack
Cereal - 170 cal, 1g Fat, 14g Fiber
Coffee - 20 cal, 0 fat, 0 Fiber
Tomato & Cucumber in Vinegar - 10 cal, 0 fat, .50g Fiber
1 Lite N Fit Yogurt w/ Fiber - 70 cal, 0 fat, 3g Fiber
Water - 0 cal, 0 fat, 0 Fiber
Lunch & PM Snack
2pcs. Light Wheat Bread - 90 cal, 0 fat, 2g Fiber
1 serving LF Turkey - 50 cal, 1 fat, 1 Fiber(?)
~ 1/2. tbsp LF Mayo - 35 cal, 3 fat, 0 Fiber
2 dill pickles - 10 cal, 0 fat, 0 Fiber
SF Jell-O Pudding - 60 cal, 2 fat(?maybe 1.5), 0 Fiber
Dinner
Not sure yet.. prolly a salad
And def. some veggies w/ more fiber (brocoli or peas)
Totals:
Calories: 515 (not including dinner salad)
Fat: 7.0g (this is Total not Saturated)
Fiber: 20.50g
