Learning to drive
Lol my new (to me) car is a stickshift. I took it by choice, had a choice of this old thing (2000 kia sportage, stick) or a crown vic of approximately the same age and milage (100K), chose this little sucker. Lol, screw V8 torque and 4 speed automatic, 4 banger powar and 5 speed stick for me! So yea, I feel like i'm learning to drive again, or rather, learning to walk. Lol, i stalled it only once tonight, when we went to get me a new battery and look for new tires. Got new box of juice, but the rubber will have to wait, tire kingdom had some crappier tires, and i don't want those, lol.
so yea, friday night should be fun, saturday even funner (mrs papa, please don't read this). Can't wait. Yea, mock trial ended up with us being in 2nd place, which i think is slightly unfair because we've never lost: in both of our matches, we beat the opposition. Ft. Lauderdale high just kinda won because of points. lol, my hands still smell like car oil, lubricants, and god knows what else. lol. good day.
