IF YOU SUFFER FROM ANY SORT OF NERVOUS DISORDER YOU SHOULD NOT PLAY THE GLASS HARMONICA.

A rash of events have transpired with not the least bit of communique from my dear self... Thusly, here is an ULTIMATE PHOTO DOCUMENTARY HOUR.

Enjoy.

Let's start it out with a bang, shall we.

1) Back in April a lady ran a stop sign right into my dear little car, totally demolishing the front end, upwards of $6000, while completely annihilating me. The past few months have found me with a fractured neck, a numb arm, crazy flippy vision, and bulging disks in my neck and low back that were impairing my spinal cord function. I've had more than a ton of therapy and tests: CAT scans, MRIs, chiropractic work, orthopedic surgeon work, acupuncture work...recently I've been going to this Chiro who has this crazy machine called a DRX-9000. Impressive, eh? It's more or less like a Medieval torture machine. They strap me down to this table that pulls me apart in an effort to unbulge my discs. I'm seriously 2 inches taller now.

2) The same day that I was smacked up by that lady, I received a call from the Medical School to which I had applied. I was accepted. So come June, Dan and I hauled our every possession to the beautiful city of Portland, OR. Our place is downtown. Our place is ultra sweet. Let the jealousy ensue.

3) Kris and Brian are our best friends in the city.

4) Upon the move to the city Dan and I had the fortune to discover that it would cost us about $10 a day to park our cars downtown. So we did what we should have done decades ago. We sold our cars (by now mine had been snazzed back up by the insurance company) and bought bus/MAX/streetcar passes, as well as some sweet, restored, vintage Schwinn Suburban bikes. I never thought I could live without my car...but now...man, I don't know if I ever want to go back to owning one again.

5) Due to my arm striving for continual numbness, I ceased my life as a Massage Therapist. Now I work as a Marketing Executive for a Injury and Rehab Center. I design tattoos. I got back into modeling.

6) In July, Mr. Schales and I spent a weekend up in ol' Seattle, WA visiting with Kris Hannum and Sean McCoy while attending the Capitol Hill Block Party. Yes. We saw Minus the Bear. Yes. We saw Murder City Devils. Yes. We squealed at both shows in orgasmic delight.

7) In August Garrett Kruger and all the Fractal Pattern kids came down for a visit. My oh my, I sure do love me some Canadian folk.

8) Last week Daniel Schales and I celebrated our year and a half anniversary. Yeah, we are hella cute yo.

9) My hair finally returned to it's blonde roots.

10) I started Medical School 3 days ago and am in love. I've learned more inspiring things in the last three days then I have over the last 3 years.

PORTLAND IS AWESOME. EVERYTHING IS SO BEAUTIFUL HERE. LIFE IS MY SWEET OYSTER.
