All the goodness! ALL THE GOODNESS!

The past two weeks have been an absolute blur. Since the exhibition I've had no time to sit down and just be Marc, instead I've been drinking till LOUD and, as Jessica pointed out to me in a text that I sent her "on dancing till my face falls off." 'On, i assume, meant 'no.

Anyway, I won't bore you all with the ins and outs of my social life, because really it's not that exciting, though there has been girls involved, which is good/worrying/soul destroying. I'm becoming terrified of girls, again, and just coming off of such an intense project of self analyzing like I just did, I don't know if I'm in the position or in fact if I even want to be in the position to entertain the thought of a girl in my life. Good grief, Charlie Brown, infuckingdeed.

Okay, so I FINALLY got round to seeing Yeborobo (you'd know this because of the shit load of photos I took here) and bloody hell and all that jazz I think I might be quite obsessed with them. Which is odd as one of my best friend's the bassist (such a good friend in fact I've never seen her band play live before LOLLLLLLLLL) but yeah, for a band doing something so extraordinary and completely chaotic and to find an audience amongst the nu-rave kids is pretty remarkable. The gig itself was lovely, the 'wall' between band and audience was ripped down the second they kicked off with 'home of worlds,' and climaxed with a fight/pile up of band members and me dragging Sophie along the floor through the remainder of the audience (who weren't under the pile up) and chucking her out the venue. GOOD TIMES YEAH!? Please be friends with them HERE. They remind me of British Sea Power but pummeled to death by Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem.

Met Jamie S. Rich for the first time! Wow, what a gent. He treated me (via Disney's money) to some Whiskey, called Ong...Bak? Ognar? I dunno, it was nice though, made me go 'tssssss' after each sip. I'm pretty much ecstatic about San Diego now, though I should really book my flight, yeah? Yeah. I loved the fact there was no awkwardness and we slipped instantly into familiar conversation (if you work in comics, I now have gossip on you hahahahhahahhahha.)

For those who care LTWYL#4 is nearly finished. God I hope it doesn't take much longer, I can't believe I started it back in fugging OCTOBER!

The Venal Muse is also selling like fucking hot cakes. HOT CAKES, PEOPLE! I need to do another print run like this week to even fufil the orders. Buy one from HERE YEAH!
