Attention: The Craft has landed. The Carpenter is in the house.
I'm so smooth with words.. I should be forbidden to ever write, type, or speak a word ever again.
I managed to make it home just in time to check Ben's flight status and see that it was about 20 minutes outside of the airport, so I waited it out just a bit to time my arrival at the airport to coincide with his so I could manage to park successfully :D. Being dead broke till the end of the ---sucks---, but I've got food and fuel to get to work, so it's not all bad. I only had 30 minutes to spend at the airport, though; which made me feel royally bad about showing up and then leaving so early. I wouldn't have been able to pay the parking fees otherwise T_T... Isaiah was apparently going to be showing up soon enough, though.
Anyhow; The CRAFT HAS LANDED.
In other news, I received a message from John Carpenter announcing that sushi happens tomorrow at or around 7:30.
So, out of nowhere; two missing persons suddenly show back up into the Lexing town. Awesome day it has been ^^.
And, I've actually got to work a few days this week. And will work the rest of the week as well :D. Huzzah for employment.
Yesterday, I went super-spartan on some gravel and a house; I broke up an 8 inch thick concrete carport with a sledgehammer for about 3 hours, carried about a hundred 5-gallon buckets of gravel, and tore down part of a house with MY BARE HANDS... and a crowbar..
I can't say much for the structural integrity of the house, but my shoulders, lower back, arms, everything.. hurt with the dull ache of "I am all that is man".
ALthough, after all that has went down today, I feel like I can't cool off enough.
Anyhow. I'm uber happy to have old friends back in town. Hopefully there will be massive hang-out time soon.
