Indeed it does. I'm a 14 and it fit me perfectly. It's shirred in the back and has corset ribbons. The straps are also elasticated.

Yup, I can hold it for you! It's packed away with my other lolita stuff atm as I am moving house on Thursday, so it's no problem XD
