who knows, maybe she's right
strawberry tangerine crystal light is the bomb. other "the bomb" contenders include: the baked roasted red pepper and goat cheese appetizer from 3 monkeys in richmond, the gazpacho i made at work today, and the shrimp salad i had for lunch. when i left, my boss was making mac n cheese using havarti, cheddar, parmesan, blue, swiss, and goat cheese. i'm not sure when we're having that, but i can guarantee it's going to be amazing.
my weekend in richmond was really, really nice. we went to a special charity screening of napoleon dynamite on saturday afternoon, which was fun but kind of weird in a modern day "rocky horror picture show" kind of way. after the show, efren ramirez (pedro) spoke a little about the movie and took questions from the audience. he was apparently going to be available for pictures and autographs, but we left before the mob ensued.
the rest of the weekend was filled with long walks, laughter, excellent food, and other sappy crap i *know* no one wants to hear about. so, considering i'm "not all that into it and just like having a boy around", i think i'll count myself lucky to still have weekends that leave me smiling.
