went out to see gunnar hansen, midnight and rammer last night. it was suppose to be a 6 pm show over by 10. we hung out until 7:15 and nobody had did a sound check and there was no semblance of a show so we left to get nanook and chillout. fuck it's time the scene bought a watch. I have been so spoiled by japanese shows. start at 6;30 7 and out bu 11 you see 5 or 6 great bands no wasting time.
actually it wasn't a waste of time because we got to hang out with brian and rudy. zoe came out and i would say we hung out and heard about their horrific break in and their great new dogs. zoe came out from toronto and it was great to see her but i never say anything to her, so i stand around like a dork. it was really sad to hear about the fight that she and renee were involved in. as i was listening to her account i flipped back a few years (almost 4 years to the day) to the night leah and I got the shit kicked out of us by nazi skins. i hate this shit and the fact that i still get freaked out by the site of a skin. that i gained 75 pounds after the fact and i'm an anti-social fuckhead because of it. in time i keep saying. in time.
