It's the nice thing about the Universe. Whenever i've swallowed my pride enough to look into the sky, and plead "A little help with the money problems here, please?" (and sometimes even when I don't..) The Universe will fix it anyway.
I'm back at College again this week. New Term, New Books that need to be bought, Computer/Internet to be paid this week, and a Weekend class to add another $20 to my $30 weekly travel spend. Ouch. >P
I am just busy contemplating this, when I get a text message.

Heidi- R u n my area 2day as i wud like 2 giv u my transport card, wch has nly a fw days lft, bt I dn't nd as hav car?

Said "transport card" is otherwise known as a "Getabout Monthly Discovery Pass" and costs $215 to get!
Heidi had some problems with her car, and got 2 months of these free from the ARC. She's been nice enough to let me borrow it a couple of times, and i offered to buy the other one off her (hey, profit's profit, right?) But she wanted to "make the most of it" and I completely understood.
Now she's given me the card, and I have a week's free travel, on the busiest school week I've had so far! <3

This will help to keep a little more in the bank for the books and stuff, and I won't be as horribly out-of-pocket as I had anticipated. It almost gives me faith in humanity. How odd.
