PantheaCon and not going to PantheaCon :(
Fuck. So it seems that finances are fucked this month. Which means I cannot afford to fly to San Jose from LA. I would just take the train, but if I do obtain this awesome job I can't take extra days off to take a train. I would have to leave thurday eve to SJC from LAX and fly home early monday morning.
So, if any of you that attend Pcon are pissed at me... I'm sorry. I wish I could afford a plane ticket to go. Yes, I know I should have purchased a ticket earlier this year/last year. Awesome job fell in my lap and I had to make sure I could get time off for Pcon. But who cares! I can't go now.
If any of you think of some crazy idea to get me to SJC and back from LA, I'm all ears.
Green Fairy Party Folks, I am very truly sorry about this. If I can find a way, I'll do it. But I'm looking for a local peep who can fill my shoes this year.
