NOMINATIONS ROUND
WELCOME TO THE (FIRST ANNUAL?) TELEVISION AWARDS FOR THE 2008-09 SEASON! The object of this part tournament, part poll of sorts is to ascertain what the livejournal multifandom community considered to be the best and worst of television for the season that just concluded.
GAME PLAY
-Nominate your favorites/least favorites in the categories in the polls below during the nominations period (now).
-After nominations close, I will count out the four most popular responses to each category and post them as another poll/
-Vote for your favorites/least favorites which made the cut in a series of rounds until there is a winner for each category.
NOMINATIONS WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON FRIDAY, JUNE 5.
RULES
-You may nominate your favorite shows, episodes, actors, etc. from any show on any network, American or otherwise, for ANY WORK DONE FOR EPISODES THAT AIRED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2008 AND MAY 2009. * For categories involving actors, their performance during that time period is what is being judged, not from before or after. **
*Glee is not eligible for nomination, as it is a pilot for the 2009-10 season.
**The exception here is the Best Show Overall category, which is different from Best Season Overall and meant to include all aired seasons of the show.
