the district sleeps alone tonight after the bars turn out their lights
i spent the night with alex and the noon at the beach with daniela. we had chocolate milkshakes and tried to tan. and looked at lots of half naked teenagers. at some points that was good. and some points it was a downer for my self esteem. haha.
vanessa actually took the time out of her busy schedual to talk to me and said the cookies i baked were good. she leaves tomorrow and i saw her for a total of 15 minutes? over the whole weekend.
i started my homework... ahem.
i had a mock regatta on saturday and even though my legs cramped up and i almost bitch slapped a girl it was awesome. i like rowing. and i like *most* of the girls there too.
theres a tea party next weekend. there will be tea sets and dresses and cucumber sandwiches in tiny triangles without crusts. and smiles. lots of smiles.
i got my hair cut, its blow dried all pretty and straight. alex said he really likes it. he also tickled me when i told him i had to pee and i almost pissed my pants. he also ate like crazy at the "all you can eat" chinese resturant we went to for dinner. i love him and when hes gone i miss him like crazy. ill visit him in new york city one long weekend or something and it will rock.
mom comes into town tomorrow evening. joy. im hoping zanes letter will be there when i go to her house because ive been waiting for it. he gets out at the end of the month. he might visit in april or june. itll be great. there will be surfing, laughing, sneaking out and remembering the good old times when he lived with me.
