time to kill
My precious Will passed his thesis defense today! I went and watched the whole process. i expected them to be really harsh, but they were mild on the criticism.I wanted to celebrate with him and his friends rigth after, but I had to pull together a powerpoint presentation for Wednsday. But We are celebrating by going to an organ recital tonight. He loves that damn organ so much! it's cute really..
The whole holiday has been about him. I mean, if you hadn't seen your love in 3 months, you'd be happy to oblige their whims too! But he's just so darn sweet! We danced in an Indianola jukejoint together one night, we shopped in Memphis, we watched a French film in front of the tv, We sang x-mas carols with all my friends with all my friends while he played piano. I made him wacth It's a Wonderful Life! He'd never seen it and loved it! God, I love this man so much....
but he goes again before x-mas..this time for good..And maybe it's for the best..His coming and going is tormenting! I can't quite give up on trying to get him to stay yet..He's one in a million..I'm not giving up that easily!
But the semster is coming to an end.. Holdays are near..I love this time of year! I love spending time with my friends and family...And I go to Halifax in 2 weeks! O Cananda! It'll be fun! cold, but Fun!
