Ok, it’s been pointed out that I haven’t updated this live journal in, like, forever. Since at least one person said they would read it I figure I ought to do it. So last I checked I haven’t updated since thanksgiving, which by my calculations was a month ago. I’ll try and remember everything but I’m not a machine so I doubt I will remember every extravagant detail of my month.
Ok, the first thing I will start with is Kim. Ok, in case no one knows the story I worked with her over the summer, and liked her. We went out for like, 3 days and she broke up with me saying that “she wasn’t ready” because “her ex-boyfriend fucked her up” and all that blahblahblah. Anyway, we continued to talk and be friends over the couple of months after the summer but we didn’t see each other a lot. At one point we stopped being friends because some tougher than kin kid said some stuff and she wouldn’t deny it so I told her to fuck off. She then, a few weeks later, apologized and said that she hated him. We’ll get to that bullshit later. Anyway, she kept saying that her ex fucked her up (mentally and emotionally) and blah. A few weeks ago I was going through myspace and live journal and found some fairly interesting things. First she’s leaving comments in her ex’s myspace saying how funny he is and shit like that. And then the tougher than Kin thing is leaving comments on her live journal (and probably vice versa. I was like BULLSHIT. Last I checked when you claim your ex fucked you up and shit YOU DON’T TALK TO HIM! And fuck, if you say you hate a kid you don’t talk to him. So basically she is a liar and a two faced bitch. I was very prepared to say all this stuff to her but one day, out of the blue, she says she doesn’t want to be my friend because I made fun of her sneaking into a movie. I was actually pleased with this because I didn’t have to waste my time typing for 20 minutes telling her how much she sucked and how much I didn’t care that she was offended that I made fun of her sneaking into a movie (which was more making fun of the concept of sneaking into a movie and making fun of the movie itself, which was Saw).
Ok, now Mike. Not my best friend Mike, who I’ve known since he was born, but this kid Mike from upper cape regional technical institute for the promotion of higher learning in all fields of excellence (hahaha). Anyway, I met him at this show in Fairhaven and he seemed like a cool dude, but I was fairly wrong. Anyway, he was leaving all these comments on my best friend Kevin’s girlfriends page. Her name is Britney. Kevin found out about these messages (because he read them) and was upset. The messages clearly dictated that Mike liked Britney, who has been dating Kevin for almost two years. So needless to say Kevin wasn’t going to sit idly by. We both asked Mike if he liked her and basically told us no. That was false, as another told us that he said he liked her. So we were both VERY pissed off about this kid lying to us and both wrote very detailed messages of how upset we were. He, however, didn’t respond. Kevin and I were both upset by this because there is no reason not to respond, say something for Christ’s sake. Anyway, about a week or so later Kevin, Mike, and I went to the mall in Hyannis to do some shopping (I bought Legacy: Paying the Price for the Clinton Years if anyone cares) and all that good stuff. As we were leaving we were driving in the parking lot and I eyed a familiar face in another car. Kevin did also and we were both convinced it was him. So we told Mike to turn around and go back and we saw him and we were right. So we followed him around and watched where he parked and then waited til’ he got out. We passed by behind him (he turned and looked and I know he saw me and probably dropped a load then) and Kevin opened the window and hung a bat out and yelled some stuff. Anyway, we were pissed at seeing the kid but still wanted to do something, so we went to the old country buffet and ate quite a bit, but we all wanted to go back. So we went back and parked near his car. We had a plan (I was going to take a shit, then take it out and smear it under his door handles so when he opened the door he would put his hand in shit…HAHAHA, tell me that’s not great) but we didn’t go through with it. So we went into the mall and were going to look for him. I told Kevin and Mike to go into Best Buy and I said I would go into Barnes and Noble. On the way there I saw him. He was sitting near the back of the food court. He saw me and I stared him down until I go around the corner, then I ran through the stupid arcade and FYE, and found Kevin and Mike walking towards me. I pointed out where we were and we saw this kid looking over at us. So instead of walking over and starting a confrontation in the mall, we went outside. We waited in the parking lot, a few rows from the car so we could see it and the entrance, for about an hour, until I finally said this is fucking gay lets park closer to the car, so we parked over and like, behind the car (if your going up a row he was parked on the left and us on the right across from the car) and we waited there for what seemed like maybe an hour or an hour and a half. We finally left and were pissed off at no confrontation. Anyway, Kevin and I were pissed about the lack of response from this kid, so he and I wrote a letter telling him to grow a set and say something and he finally did. He basically said he was sorry and he was afraid of Kevin and that’s why he didn’t say anything. Kevin, finally happy that Mike A) said something, B) apologized, and C) wasn’t talking to his girlfriend anymore, told the kid he would basically leave him along. Wow, that was a lot.
Um, nothing really big happened other than that. Kevin, Britney, Mike, and I all hung out a lot. Went to the mall, my house, out to eat…the usual. We ate at the 99 once and I ate way to much and had a bad incident in a Wal-Mart toilet. HAHAHA. I watched a bunch of movies, including going to see Oceans 12.
Ok, Christmas was this past weekend. On Christmas eve I got together with the family which was AWESOME. I love my family and really get sad when I think of all the times I basically ignored them back in the day. I sucked. Anyway, it was great, all the laughing and the talking and the singing. There I got a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble and some drill bits (haha, drills are awesome). On Christmas my father woke me up at quarter to seven (like a little kid that man is) and got all my stuff. I didn’t get much this year, basically I got The Seinfeld box Set (with seasons one, two, and three and the extra stuff), the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Extended Edition, A Star Wars Zip Up Jogger, a gift certificate to Borders Books, and a bunch of other little things. Whatever, I’m 18, I don’t need much (and Seinfeld and LOTR is awesome. After watching ROTK I went upstairs and played a little Knights of the Old Republic until my grandmother came over. My mother, sister, grandmother, and I played scrabble and watched Legends of the Fall (good movie). I won the first game and then my sister left, and my mom won the second game. I went back upstairs and played more KOTOR and ate a bit. On Sunday I went to the mall with Mike and bought two books (an HTML book and The Complete Grimms Fairy Tales…or something like that).
I’ve met a few cool people through Myspace. Hopefully some good friendships and/or long lasting relationships.
Anyway that was fun, its late and I’m sick (but getting better).
