For the Yahoo CPS group. Procion dyed and painted cotton, with stencilled bugs, beading, hand twisted cording, free motion embroidery, ribbon, rabbit fur, paper, entrapped sequins, found objects; the tassels on bottom are 7" long. I think i may have made mine bigger than everyone else's----i accidentally grabbed a 9" square that had been slated for a smallsmall quilt exchange and didn't realize until i was almost done! From closed top to the bottom of the tassels, it's 17"!!!!!!

Poetry assembled from random bits of text cut from old book. I envy those with fine penmanship, lettered stamps, or the ability to print their text on fabric, but i'm finding this is a most satisfying way of "writing" poetry and stories!

Above, "A Topography of Woman" work in progress, collaged and painted fabrics and lace with trapunto.

Below, "Hugh's Legacy", hand painted fabrics, found objects, hand twisted cording, metal
