Oh hey right, I have this "journal" thing.
So, let's see. Same shitty job, now with extra shittiness. Got sick in at the beginning of December with a truly deathly sounding and feeling cough, stayed sick for two months straight. Was told to avoid laughing ad all physical activity, no really, just lay in bed and watch a boring documentary or something. Went to work anyway, because I have a seriously overdeveloped sense of responsibility for someone who gets paid 8 dollars an hour. Unsurprisingly, got sicker. Ended up missing two weeks of work in those two months. Also ended up losing any kind of physical fitness or muscle tone I had. I iz weak and pudgy(ier) now.
Taking Pilates. Going for walks. Trying to get back to contra dancing. Eating food with actual vegetables in it and trying to cut back my sugar intake. Still massively stressed out by shitty job. Buying a lot of Humble Bundles.
Today's healthy-ish lunch: hummus, cheese, and mixed greens on multigrain bread.
Must run, hair is on fire. Or something.
